    The exhibit “ The Invention of Glory, D. Afonso V and the Pastrana Tapestries” brings together for the first time in Portugal, four monumental tapestries, woven in Tournai ordered by D. Afonso V, and kept in the Pastrana College since the 16th centur y and recently restored. Extraordinarily monumental and unique works of Borghese handiwork, relating to the conquests of Arzila and Tangier.

    Until September 12, Wednesday to Sunday, 10am - 6pm, Tuesday 2pm - 6pm, National Art
    Museum, R. das Janelas Verdes, nº 17.
