In October 2015, Paulo Freitas and Henrique Fernandes decided to create a new concept of brewery in one of the most emblematic avenues of Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade.
Thus is born the first restaurant Dote, with typical Portuguese cuisine, which is inspired by the art of welcome from the north, under the management of João Gaito.
