CARNAVAL CHAPITÔ is where our community meets the world – where the body, movement and circus arts intertwine with the arts of craftsmanship. This year, we are joined by the carnival group “Os Cuiqueiros de Lisboa”.

With a post-colonial perspective, our creation values diverse knowledge and memories. Sustainability guides every gesture.

Reused materials take on new forms. We transform the creative act into a conscious, vibrant and lively celebration.

Music, dance, risk and laughter come together in performances that enchant and challenge. It is a human connection that turns heads and makes the hearts of those who watch and participate somersault.

The parade will start at Chapitô on 12 February at 2.30 pm and head towards Campo das Cebolas, involving not only the parade participants but also passers-by who join in the celebration.
