Performances by the Castellers de Vilafranca in Lisbon

The famous human towers of Catalonia arrive in Lisboa as part of the celebration of Sant Jordi.

The Castellers de Vilafranca, champions of the last competition for this indispensable piece of Catalan cultural identity, will perform in Lisbon on April 21st and 23rd.

The castells is a tradition that dates back to the 18th century and is currently part of the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco.
