The programme includes several major film series, such as the Luchino Visconti Retrospective, the Agnès Varda Grand Retrospective and ‘Reflections of the Nouvelle Vague’, amongst others.
It promises to be two months of great cinema, with a special focus on Agnès Varda, who is the subject of a retrospective covering almost her entire body of work, comprising 35 films: 20 feature-length films (9 fiction and 11 documentaries), 15 short films, including her major works and several rediscovered gems.
