Entrepreneurship Week

Over the last ten years, the Lisbon City Council has been developing a strategy to transform Lisbon into one of the most competitive and innovative cities in Europe.

One of the first initiatives, created with the aim of developing a sense of belonging and involvement of all actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, was the Lisbon Entrepreneurship Week.

The theme of this 11th edition is "Lisbon, Future" and the main themes to be addressed are investment, talent and sustainability in entrepreneurship.

During this week there are more than 60 events, organised by several partners and in several locations.

The focus this year is on the challenges facing a city that, still recovering from the pandemic and in a context of European conflict, seeks to maximise its efficiency to ensure that its ecosystem is attractive for companies and entrepreneurs to set up and grow.

The Opening Session will take place at Paços do Concelho at 4pm on 16 May.
