Destiny in Vertigo

Opera fest Lisboa is back in its 3rd Edition under the moto Destiny in vertigo and to make mask go back to the world of fantasy, with vibrating opera to all audiences!

After the success of its first two editions, with great public adhesion, excellent international critics, bringing inedited dynamism to the Portuguese operatic scene and affirming itself as one most “out of the box” European opera festivals, OPERAFEST LISBOA, directed by soprano Catarina Molder and produced by Ópera do Castelo, in partnership with National Museum of Ancient Art, is a proven reality and is back with a new edition in 2022, to bring the emotion of opera to everyone, from August 19th to September 10th, in the unique setting of the National Museum of Ancient Art Garden with mindblowing view to Tagus River.
