Brazilian singer-songwriter Tim Bernardes is in Portugal to present the album “Recomeçar” with which he made his solo debut two years ago.
Bernardes, who is also a producer and multi-instrumentalist, was a member of the group O Terno, which released three records, each one including songs he had written.
Now a solo artist, his tour of Lisboa and several venues in the north of the country will present a range of tunes that have appeared on the list of best albums in the year they were released.
He has also received recognition outside his native Brazil: last year he was nominated for a Latin Grammy in the Best Portuguese-Language Alternative Music Album.
19th September at 9pm, Centro Cultural de Belém, Praça do Império (tram: 15 | bus: 728, 729).
Tickets: from 15 euros.
