TRAÇA – Family Archive Film Festival
TRAÇA – Mostra de Filmes de Arquivos Familiares returns on 24 and 25 October 2026 for its 5th edition, which will take place in Campolide. With free admission, the programme includes screenings, guided sessions, performances, exhibitions, walks and activities for a range of audiences.

Under the theme ‘Lost Landscapes’, inspired by Rick Prelinger’s ‘Lost Landscapes’ project, this edition invites reflection on urban transformations and the memory of places through home, amateur and archive film. Drawing on the stories and family archives of Campolide, the festival invites visitors to revisit the evolution of the area and its communities.

Highlights include the first-ever visit to Portugal by Rick and Megan Prelinger, an original performance by Ana Deus, the presentation of works created by pupils from the António Arroio Art School, and ‘Tracinha’, dedicated to younger audiences.

Since 2015, TRAÇA has been promoting the collection, study and dissemination of home movies, bringing together memory, heritage and community participation.
