Celebrating the 500th anniversary of the birth of Luís de Camões, the National Pantheon presents a tapestry by José de Guimarães – Camões III – which evokes the iconic figure of Portuguese literature, honored in this monument.

Produced by the Portalegre Tapestry Manufactory, this piece by José de Guimarães is located in the meeting room of the Board of Directors of Caixa Geral de Depósitos. This exhibition presents a rare opportunity for the public to engage with this artwork, at the National Pantheon.
