The MU.SA - Museu das Artes de Sintra will be the stage for the presentation of the theater play "L´Amour et la Vérité", by the Capítulo Reversível, which will be on stage from November 2nd to December 9th, from Thursday to Saturday, at 9:30 pm.
The production of the show, which has the support of the Sintra City Council, was carried out based on the text written by Pierre de Marivaux.
It is a comedy that essentially addresses two themes: love and truth. “These themes were and are often questioned by human beings, who try to wander through their lives and those of others, looking for answers that for centuries have never been achieved, not even with the most developed technologies. The play “L’Amour et la Vérité” portrays the lack of truth and love in society. Love is confused by another who acts in an unseemly way/ The truth is confused by another who only tells lies.”
On Thursdays, the theater session will be accompanied by a Sign Language interpreter.
Tickets for the show cost 7.50 euros and 5 euros for students, professionals in the entertainment field and those over 65 years old.
