From 1 December to 3 January, the ‘Alfama, A Christmas Village’ market offers local crafts, food, a nativity scene and many surprises.
The initiative, promoted by ACBAL – Associação de Comerciantes do Bairro de Alfama (Alfama Neighbourhood Traders Association), in partnership with the Santa Maria Maior Parish Council and with the support of Lisbon City Council, aims to support local trade and offer a Christmas programme for families and visitors.
Visit, support the traders and contribute to the success of this initiative, which had its first edition in 2024.
Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, opposite the Fado Museum, is transformed into a Christmas Village and everyone can take part!
