The most irreverent works by Portugal’s most prestigious cartoonists are once again on display at Celeiro da Patriarcal in Vila Franca de Xira.

As usual, this 25th edition has two distinct aspects: a national one, featuring a retrospective of the year 2023, and an international one, which this year is entitled ‘Imaginary Horizons’ and features the Mexican artist Chubasco.

Curated by António Antunes, the exhibition promises not only to entertain the public, but also to make people reflect on the events that marked the previous year.

Already a reference for cartoon lovers, it is also an opportunity to explore the diversity of styles, approaches and perspectives that the authors bring to the event.
