Drawing Room Lisboa'23
Focusing on contemporary drawing and the medium of paper, Drawing Room Lisboa has invited several international galleries to present the most “significant, challenging and innovative” works of art from their artists.
Becoming increasingly relevant in the contemporary artistic scene, Drawing Room Lisboa, which is dedicated to the dissemination and marketing of contemporary drawing, opens its doors to another edition.
The 18 Portuguese galleries, present at this year’s event, are joined by two Spanish galleries, namely Galería Siboney, Galería Silvestre e Trinta, the German Jahn und Jahn and the Brazilian RV Cultura e Arte.
Besides renowned works selected through meticulous criteria that had the counselling of Portuguese specialists, the 10 finalists of the FLAD Drawing Award will also have their works exhibited, respecting the objective of Drawing Room Lisboa of contributing to the creation of opportunities for the artistic class dedicated to drawing and the affirmation of the importance that drawing can have in contemporary art.
From 26th to 29th October; Wednesday, from 4 pm to 10 pm; Thursday and Friday, from 2 pm to 9 pm, Saturday, from 11 am to 9 pm; Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm;
