Evanescence
The band Evanescence brings to Lisboa the tour «The Bitter Truth», and will also celebrate their 25 years of career with the portuguese fans.
Two-time GRAMMY Award winners, EVANESCENCE soon made a huge impact on everyone.
Their debut album, Fallen, released in 2003, spent 43 weeks in the Billboard Top 10, making EVANESCENCE one of the most popular post-alternative names with their unique sound, a unique hybrid of goth rock and pop.
Despite their early success, EVANESCENCE always managed to remain at the top. With singer and pianist Amy Lee at the helm, the musicians reached the heights of success, cemented by two more top-selling albums, «The Open Door» and «Evanescence», from 2006 and 2011, respectively.
Today, after a quarter of a century of career and despite numerous changes in formation, they persevere under Lee's command, metamorphosing into one of the rare success stories of contemporary music.
