"Geppetto's New Generations", the new exhibition by Cardoz (João Cardoso) in partnership with AKTO Studio by João Erse, presents wooden creations that address the impact that technology has on our relationship with nature and explore the role of human beings in an increasingly virtual world.
The set of pieces is intended to provoke reflection on how technology has changed how we socialize in real life and how, paradoxically, the age of hyperconnection has disconnected us from others and ourselves.
The exhibition will be presented in Lisbon at Coup Gallery - Rua de São Bento, 309B, from 12 to 29 October.
