Japão, uma terra de poetas
In this exhibition by Catarina Quintas, winner of the competition to support artistic creation for young people at the beginning of their careers, each drawing can represent a short trip to traditional Japan.

Full of customs and histories, the beauty of Japan is represented here in Chinese ink and watercolor drawings.

In this exhibition, the investigation joins the imagination to recreate episodes from everyday life and from the Japanese spiritual dimension.

The artist tried to reproduce some of the aspects she admires in Japanese culture, as a tribute to a land of poets.
