Jonathan Dassin sings Joe Dassin

During more than an hour of show, the artist invites the audience to remember the most romantic and nostalgic songs that mark the history of the family.

Known worldwide, Joe Dassin belongs to the heritage of French song, having stood out for coloring it with a hint of American folklore.

Several decades after his death, his songs – with which he sold more than 50 million records – are still widely broadcast on radio around the world and now brought back to the stage by his son Jonathan Dassin.

The new tribute follows the release of the album "A Toi", in 2020, where, together with other renowned artists of French music, Jonathan praises the musical career of his father, who died 40 years ago, interpreting the themes "Salut", "Et Si Tu N ́existais Pas", "Champs-Élysées", "Marie-Jeanne", "L'été Indien", "Siffler sur la colline", among others, which are part of the lineup of this special night.

Author, composer and performer, Jonathan Dassin reflects the French song from its origin to today's adaptations, which makes this meeting a true journey into the past, present and future, starting at Casino Estoril, on November 6, at 9:30 pm.
