PIZZAS
With a balanced mix of Flour 00 and other flours that are milled slowly on stone, at Pizzeria ZeroZero the dough for our pizzas is prepared using the indirect method, also known as indirect crusting or poolish. We adopt an ancient process that begins with a pre-fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by a maturation of at least 48 hours.

The end result is an artisan pizza base, thin and crunchy, fragrant like the best freshly baked bread, light and digestible.

MENUS
From classic to speciality pizzas, fresh pastas and creamy risotti, the menu is very varied and also includes several vegetarian options. All the dishes are written in Italian and offer a real journey through the flavours of Italy.

A meal at ZeroZero can start with some antipasti, such as Carpaccio di Tonno and Panzanella, and is never complete without a coppa di gelati or a dolce, such as the typical tiramisù.

ITALIAN CHARCUTERIE
Also at the entrance, there is a small, distinctive window display with some of the best Italian products used in the pizzeria. Cheeses and sausages, all DOP or IGP, which can be taken home or served on the spot, accompanied by a glass of prosecco.
