INATEL Foundation presents City of Traditions: music, theater, cinema, arts and crafts, photography, gastronomy, talks, exhibitions.

Celebrating Intangible Cultural Heritage through sharing and discovery, with the Northern Pronunciation.

Highlights include concerts by:

• QuatroAoSul and Cantadores da Aldeia Nova de São Bento with Isabel Silvestre and Cantares de Manhouce will chant 10 years of Cante Alentejano’s recognition as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity;
• Retimbrar with Sopa de Pedra;
• Orquestra Geração/GeraJazz with special guests for an Afro-Lusophone gathering;
• and also Sons do Douro, Chulada de Ponte Velha, Orquestra de Bandolins de Esmoriz, Banda de Gaitas S. Tiago de Cardielos, among many others.

Also featured: creative workshops, themed talks and exhibition areas, popular and community theater performances, parades and street shows, traditional northern cuisine and pot-cooked meals.
