On 12 July at 7pm, the Field of Honour of the National Stadium will be the stage for this historic clash, which will mark the first meeting between the Rugby teams of Ireland and Portugal.
The Portuguese Rugby Federation hereby presents the preparation match for the 2027 Rugby World Cup, Portugal vs Ireland, on 12 July at the Jamor National Stadium.
This will be the first time that our national team will face Ireland, one of the biggest powers in international rugby. Ireland currently occupy third place in the world rankings, with a record this season of seven wins and just one defeat against New Zealand in November 2024.
