European Heritage Days

[ Setembre ] The Heritage Days are an opportunity to re-familiarise ourselves with the past and to help shape the future.

The European Heritage Days, a joint effort by the European Commission and the European Union, are a cultural event which manages to bring together an unparalleled number of European citizens.

It is estimated that in more than 50 thousand locations, around 30 million people take part in the activities which every year make up this project, intended to underline the importance of our cultural heritage as well as the diversity and richness of our European cultural mosaic.

Every year are celebrated heritage, nature, art and leisure with the goal of drawing attention to the importance of the relationships between people, communities, places and their histories and for the need to preserve and give value to our diversity.

Street performances, concerts, traditional theatres and museums, contemporary cinema, digital art and much more at different venues across the city and region.
Free entry.
