MIL is back, and with it comes a set of portuguese and international artists with a programme involving the entire city and a combination of concerts, debates, masterclasses and professional meetings that will cast light on the diversity of emerging and alternative artists and projects.

The festival focuses on the dissemination and internationalisation of modern music and sets itself up as a meeting place for music industry agents from all over the world.
