Who are we?
It all started with a small handmade cart, with the help of friends and family. Year after year, we grew, overcoming pandemics, wars, and many challenges along the way. Today, after 7 years, we already have several carts and an incredible team of 20 people.

OSR can be summed up in one sentence: "excellent products in an unexpected location." Our oysters from the Sado River, combined with a good wine, are served in an unconventional way: in a caravan by the river or wherever you want!

Our caravans are 100% autonomous, powered only by solar energy, with panels and batteries that guarantee our entire operation in a sustainable way.

Currently, we have three fixed caravans, open all year round: Alfacinha (Lisbon), Sadina (Setúbal), and Vila (Cascais).

For those who want to enjoy our oysters in other ways, we have the following options:
• Private events: we take the trucks and counters anywhere;
• Takeaway: fresh oysters (open or closed);
• Deliveries: available nationwide (closed oysters).

The plan for the future is to continue evolving. We are committed to:
• Maintaining resilience in the face of any challenge;
• Reinforcing our environmental commitment;
• Focusing even more on customer well-being;
• Investing heavily in our team and in better working conditions;
• Expanding with new food trucks throughout the country and exploring new business models.

The goal is clear: to continue surprising and taking the OSR experience even further!
