The city will dance to the Cumplicidades rhythm! It has a national and international artistic program complemented by such activities as talks, open studios and workshops.
The Cumplicidades Festival challenges artists to create under a certain angle related to the theme ‘Limites e fronteiras’ (Limits and borders).
With Portuguese and foreign artists, both emerging and renowned, whose work areas can range from dance to artistic disciplines that work the body and movement, the performances focus on the thought around the concept of border as a limit and the limit that determines a border.
We mean cultural borders, between countries, regions, cities, neighbourhoods, the body itself, the inner places.
The festival promotes the urban dynamic with a programme that aims at admiration and restlessness.
11th to 20th May; in several cultural venues in Lisboa. Tickets: vary depending on the show.
