The Reefood celebrates 12-year-long activity in Portugal and now creates the FOODSTOCK festival. Invites to visit the exhibition and conference along with fun nights to the sound of Portuguese artists.
The mission of the Reefood movement is to rescue food and donate it people in need in a gesture of solidarity and sustainability.
To celebrate its 12-year-long activity in Portugal, it created the FOODSTOCK festival, which, between 11th and 19th April, invites people to visit the exhibition about the Sustainable Development Goals, at Estufa Fria.
This is the starting point for the conference ‘SobreViver’, which takes place at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, from 20th to 23rd April.
There will be other initiatives as well, such as ‘Uma Mesa para 12 Mil’ (‘A Table for 12 Thousand’), in which chefs and other friends of the Refood movement will transform food waste into delicious meals, and also fun nights to the sound of Portuguese artists, such as Diogo Piçarra, HMB, The Black Mamba and David Carreira.
