Italian Film Festival'23

The Italian Film Festival is the leading festival in Portugal for those who are passionate about the italian films and culture.

The film festival dedicated to Italian culture is back to the movie theatres of Lisboa with a diverse programme.

From new directors to famous names of Italian cinema; from classic movies to fictions and documentaries, there is much to see.

"L'immensità - Por Amor”, by Emanuele Crialese, and "A Estranha Comédia da Vida”, by Roberto Andò, are some of the movies that can be seen firsthand.

For the special session, documentaries such as “Las Leonas”, produced by Nanni Moretti, “L'Infinito.

L'universo di Luigi Ghirri”, directed by Matteo Parisini, or “Umberto Eco – La biblioteca del mondo”, by Davide Ferrario.

In addition to the films in competition, the 16th edition also features the “Rota dos Sabores”, a journey to discover more than 30 restaurants where Italians living in Lisboa like to eat.
