Voice, guitar, music, lyrics: all of it is Mafalda Veiga, whose career has unfolded across pop, folk and world music.
In this concert, the Alentejo-born artist takes to the stage with Ensemble Ibérico, formed by Luís Zagallo (piano, keyboards and arrangements), David González (violin), Fernando Arce (mandolin and cello) and Hugo Monteiro (double bass).
Together, in a musical encounter that feels like a heartfelt declaration, the artist offers this thought: “Winter doesn’t last as long as it seems, and there’s a certain charm in this warming embrace.
Life doesn’t hide what it is always seeking: a purer flame”.
