Orquestra XXI returns to the CCB for a major moment: Shostakovich's 5th Symphony.
Founded in 2013 and awarded the FAZ-IOP prize that same year, the orchestra brings together Portuguese musicians living abroad, under the baton of conductor Dinis Sousa. His direction has been praised by audiences and critics alike across Europe. Ticket holders can also attend a pre-concert talk at 7:30 p.m. with Dinis Sousa, director of Orquestra XXI.
