[ February ] Play, Festival Internacional de Cinema Infantil & Juvenil de Lisboa, is back and brings with it the most recent cinema productions dedicated to a younger audience.
The Seventh Art festival, entirely dedicated to children and youth audiences returns to Lisbon for another edition full of films from all over the world, in short and feature-length formats.
This year's programme invites you to take a real trip around the world, with over 100 films from 44 countries on show that explore themes such as inclusion, dreams and adolescence.
A menina de olhos ocupas by André Carrilho, Noodles au Naturel by Salanave Matteo, as well as La Suprema by Felipe Holquín, and Block 5 by Klemen Dvornik are some of the works on display.
The Festival will also feature complimentary activities, such as a film concert by Joana Espadinha, who will set four short films and puppet animation films by the studio to live music.
