The title of Salvador Sobral’s new album is Beats per minute – BPM, a title he says came to him during a moment of “productive insomnia”.
He explains that beats per minute are not just what keeps us alive, but are what gives life to music.
BPM is an album of 14 new and original songs created by Salvador Sobral and Leo Aldrey. “Sangue do Meu Sangue” (Blood of My Blood) is the first single and an example of what the album has to offer.
