Seres d’Água

-

Water permeates everything. It is in our bodies, in landscapes, in memories and in the forms that inhabit our imagination. It is also in the constant movement of transformation.

Water permeates everything. It is in our bodies, in landscapes, in memories and in the forms that inhabit our imagination. It is also in the constant movement of transformation.
In *Seres d’Água*, the artist Ana Jacinto Nunes presents a collection of works in ceramics, textile drawings, paintings and objects that invite us to explore a universe where the human, the animal, the plant and the imaginary converge.
Housed at the Barbadinhos Steam Station, the exhibition establishes a dialogue between contemporary art and heritage, prompting reflection on water as a creative, transformative and unifying force.
Curated by Ricardo Barbosa Vicente, *Seres d’Água* forms part of the Water Museum’s cultural programme and enjoys the institutional support of the Portuguese Society of Authors (SPA).
