The Sleeping Beauty returns to the portuguese stage with a classical production recalling the magic of fairy tales, the world of enchanted forests, of princesses and curses, in which only the kiss of true love can undo the spell.

Conceived of romanticism marked by lyricism, “Sleeping Beauty” is considered a masterpiece of classical ballet due to its complexity in terms of both choreography and music.

The performance presents a major challenge for the dancers, and especially so for the main character, Princess Aurora.
