Aims to become the reference event in Portugal in the Portuguese New Energies Championship and help to promote to the general public the advantages of using sustainable vehicles.

As Lisbon is the European capital, which has the largest green lung (Monsanto) within its city and is making great strides towards being one of the greenest and most ecological capitals, with the realization of the Lisbon Eco Rally, the Lisbon city contributes in this way to be in the vanguard of the promotion of electric mobility.

The Lisbon Eco Rally will therefore be held on 21, 22 and 23 October 2022. Its operational center will be located at the emblematic Parque das Nações, where the secretariat, the closed parking area and the start and finish podium of the two stages will be installed.

On Friday 21st, in the afternoon, the documentary and technical checks will take place.

At the competitive level, on Saturday 22nd October the competitors will compete in the 1st Stage with 217 km, which will undoubtedly be a day with a lot of competition, which will unfold in the municipalities of Loures, Arruda dos Vinhos, Vila Franca de Xira, Alenquer, Cadaval, (county of the mythical classification of Montejunto) Sobral de Monte Agraço and Mafra. These counties, where the competitors and the media will be able to discover and be dazzled by the fantastic landscapes, cultures and gastronomic delicacies of the western area of Portugal.

The 2nd stage with about 43 km will take place entirely in Lisbon on October 23rd (Sunday morning). It is worth mentioning the Selective Sector in the Monsanto Natural Park, and then it will go on to Belém, where there will be an essential neutralization, so that the competitors may recover their energies by tasting the famous “Pasteis de Belém”, before finishing the race in Parque das Nações, which will have about 250 km in its 1st edition.
