Alves Dias invites the public to appreciate works that represent contemporary textile art over more than four decades of artistic activity.
The artist uses traditional tapestry techniques, but without forgetting some contemporary ruptures, applying unusual materials in his work.
The tapestry element is always present in The Thread of Time, proving to be inseparable from painting and drawing.
