The 17th edition of the Historic Portugal Rally takes to the road between the 2nd and 7th of October, promising once again to honour the legacy of the best rally in the world.

The ACP Motorsport event, considered one of the most emblematic Historical Regularity competitions in Europe, last year brought together more than 70 teams, from Portugal, France, Spain, Andorra, Belgium, Switzerland, Latvia, Russia, and Great Britain.

Between the start and the finish, both at Parque Eduardo VII, in Lisbon, there is a route of more than 2,000 kilometres that combines the scenic beauty of the Centre and North regions of the country with the challenge of driving cars that are notable in the history of the Rally of Portugal.

Belgian Yves Deflandre achieved his third victory in the race, with a Porsche 911, equalling João Mexia Leitão's record of victories.
