A symbol of the Portuguese gastronomy, Varanda de Lisboa has recently been through a major refurbishment in order to continue providing its customers with unique moments and “timeless” experiences, in accordance with Hotel Mundial’s mission: honoring its own history whilst reinventing the future, ensuring its guests rewarding experiences, exceeding their expectations.

In collaboration with the renowned Chef Vitor Sobral, the Chef who led the process of modernization of the Portuguese Traditional Gastronomy, Varanda de Lisboa presents an interesting Menu that celebrates the traditional portuguese cuisine, combining some of the most classic portuguese dishes with the contemporary trends and methods of such a dynamic industry. The main focus continues the same: the exceptional quality of the products and the service of excellence by which is recognized.

Lunch times are marked by Daily Suggestions, always inspired by traditional portuguese cuisine. Try our Pataniscas de Bacalhau on Tuesdays, or “Feijoada à Brasileira” on Saturdays.
