The visual and spatial identity of SIFRA SUSHI & GRILL has been carefully developed by Smrity Poudel Adhikari, ensuring that the environment mirrors the same discipline found in the kitchen. Across its three locations in Lisbon, each space maintains a distinct character while sharing a unified language of elegance and calm. Architecture, lighting, materials, and table presentation are orchestrated to create a serene, contemporary atmosphere where focus remains on the culinary experience. Design at SIFRA is not decorative; it is purposeful, guiding the guest through a composed and immersive dining journey.

As part of the SMAIT Food Group, SIFRA benefits from extensive operational expertise developed through the management of over 20 hospitality concepts in Lisbon. This foundation allows the restaurant to maintain consistency while expressing a distinct, elevated identity.
