[ 02-05-19 | 29-09-19 ] “I like forms that become others” is a phrase taken from Júlio Pomar’s book “Da Cegueira dos Pintores” This is the title of an exhibition that reflects on how the body, eroticism, sensuality and sexuality have crossed the artist's path.

There are more than 80 pieces of work, but with a special focus on the decades of 1960 and 1970, at which time his work assumed these aspects more explicitly.

The body forms that appear in these paintings, assemblages, sculptures, drawings and graphic works is a way of thinking about the paintings and of reality, nature and the narratives they express.

Until 29th September, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 5pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Atelier Museu Júlio Pomar, Rua do Vale (tram: 28).
