Cooked exclusively on a josper, it combines 100% charcoal and an oven’s elevated temperatures, giving it the texture, flavor and succulence of a traditional grill.

We offer eight different meat cuts – Sirloin, Picanha, Entrecôte, Fillet, Chateaubriand, Chuletón de Buey, T-Bone and Rabada – all from entire pieces, of certified origin.
