Marionettes and animated forms from all over the world descend on the capital.
The International Festival of Puppets and Animated Forms invades Lisboa once again for another edition.
With about 20 shows, most of which are national premieres, both from emerging artists and from renowned companies and creators, between São Luiz Teatro Municipal, Teatro Luís de Camões, Museu de Lisboa - Palácio Pimenta, Teatro do Bairro, Teatro Taborda, Museu Nacional do Teatro e da Dança, Centro Cultural da Malaposta and Cinemateca Portuguesa it will be possible to see works from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, The Netherlands, Israel, Lebanon and Portugal.
The festival starts with a party at the São Luiz Teatro Municipal, which can be described as a puppetry dance on vinyl support and music from the 50s to the present day.
Besides the prepared shows, there is also room for other activities, such as workshops, film showings and talks with the creators.
