Kaissa - Anne Lefebvre
Here Anne Lefebvre presents a show in which she begins with the manipulation of the structural elements of photography.
She introduces actions associated with the pictorial context into the process of capturing and developing the image, creating a universe of strangeness and ambiguity which dilutes the expectations of the information contained in a photograph.
While her first solo exhibition took place at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris in 1993, since 1980 she has had her work exhibited in many countries, including Belgium, Germany, Holland, Austria, Turkey and the United States.
